Why it exists

Nothing sits in a drawer for months

Pieces arrive when you have somewhere to put them, not while you are still clearing the room.

One shipping fee instead of five

Order as often as you like across the pregnancy and pay for delivery once, or not at all.

Buy it before the colour sells out

Shades run in small batches. Take the one you want when you see it and we will keep it for you.

Before you start

Nine months, maximum.: We will hold your orders for up to nine months from your first one. That covers a whole pregnancy with room to spare.
Three orders for free shipping.: Place three or more separate orders and we courier the whole lot to you at our cost. With one or two orders, standard shipping applies.
You choose when.: Email hello@carterandme.co.za and we will have it on its way within one to three working days.
We will remind you.: At eight months we will email to check in. If we have not heard from you by nine months, we will send everything to the address on your most recent order.
Need it sooner, or in parts? Just ask.: We can send some now and hold the rest, though shipping applies to any parcel that is not your final one.
Returns.: You have fourteen days from the day your parcel arrives, not from the day you ordered. Pieces must be unworn with tags on.

How long will you hold my orders?

Nine months from your first order.

What if I forget to tell you?

We email at eight months, and ship automatically at nine to your most recent address.

Do I pay shipping on each order?

No. Order as often as you like and shipping is charged once, or not at all with three orders or more.

Can I have part of it sent early?

Yes. Standard shipping applies to any parcel that is not your last.

What if my address changes?

Tell us when you ask us to ship. We confirm the address before it goes.

How do returns work?

Fourteen days from delivery, unworn with tags on.
