Orders are dispatched in 1 to 3 days. Personalised pieces are pressed to order, so add 2 working days.

How a return works
- Message us within 14 days of delivery
- We will collect your order
- Inspect it and refund you the amount - the courier fee
Returns
What can I return?
Anything unworn and unwashed, within 14 days of delivery. No personalised items.
Who pays the return courier?
Return and exchange courier costs are for your account. We do not offer a free swap.
The exception is a faulty or incorrect item, which we replace at our cost.
Can I return a gift?
Yes. The person who received it can return it, at their own courier costs.
What about sale pieces?
Sale pieces can be exchanged if we have the size in stock, but not refunded. Courier at customer cost.
What about personalised pieces?
Personalised pieces are pressed to order, so they are not returnable unless something is wrong with them. Add 2 working days to your usual delivery.
