At Carter and Me we take pride in offering you the best possible products, all of our items are made from cotton knit fabric locally sourced in South Africa.  Our items are then handmade at our production site by our professional seamstresses. 

Please note that most of our Instagram photos are filtered and do not always show an accurate representation of the colour represented.

All our items are HANDMADE meaning we generally do not hold stock or mass produce which is why we have a lead time of 5-7 days for every order and may be longer during sales. 

Please allow 2 - 3 days for the courier to deliver. Please note we use the Courier Guy and require your cell number and email address at checkout to send you shipping information and to allow the driver to contact you if they are out doing your delivery.  We have no control over lead times on courier but try our best to stay in touch and get your parcel to you as soon as possible.

We use a very soft and stretchy cotton knit fabric that allows for more movement and for a larger stretch for your little ones head.  Items with a press stud button need to be handled with care. Gently place your fingers onto the press stud and tug gently. DO NOT PULL ON THE FABRIC as the press stud will rip and tear the material.
